a five-year, renewable residence permit for you and your family.
In Crete, the minimum investment is €800,000 in a single residence with at least 120 m² of interior space. Permit holders may live in Greece and travel freely across the Schengen Area. Residences purchased under the programme may not be offered as short-term rentals.
